WE ARE EXCITED TO BE BRINGING BACK OUR WINTER NEW YEAR SKATE THIS YEAR!
We are offering 4 different games that will be played on the NHL rink at Fox Valley Ice Arena In Geneva, Saturday, December 31, 2022: 5:40pm - Family Open Hockey (ages 15+) 7:00pm - Women's (18+) 8:20pm - CoEd (18+) 9:40pm - Men's (18+) These will be open skates, rat hockey style, with officials. All games will be 3 - 20min running clock periods, USA Hockey rules will be followed and full equipment is required. Maximum of 15 skaters and 2 goalies per team. Jerseys are included in the price. You can request to be placed on a team with another skater as well. Please rate yourself from 1-4 to help us create teams that are as even as possible. 1 - Advanced to elite level player. Player may have professional (any level, including Europe), NCAA Division I or III College, Major Jr., and Tier I Junior playing experience. Traditional “A” level men's hockey, women's D1-D2. 2 - Elite and advanced level player that may have played NCAA, prep or varsity high school, non-varsity college (ACHA), or have 10+ years of adult hockey playing experience. Traditional "B" level men's hockey, women's D3. 3 - Intermediate level player. May have some youth hockey experience, but less than 10 years of playing experience as an adult. Traditional "C" level men's hockey, women's D4-D5. 4 - Less than 5 years of experience - comparable to traditional "D" level men's hockey, women's D6-D7. |
